🏢 Vacancy Distribution
Out of the total 4,500 seats, the vacancies are distributed across various Indian states, union territories, and specific districts. Selected candidates will be engaged in branches or offices within their respective regions at the discretion of the Bank.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria (As of 31.05.2026)
Before filling out your online form, make sure you meet the following baseline requirements set by the bank. The cut-off date for evaluating your eligibility is May 31, 2026.
1. Educational Qualification
- You must hold a Graduate Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India.
- Crucial Condition: Candidates must have completed their graduation on or after May 31, 2022. Anyone who graduated before this date or possesses more than one year of prior work/training experience is not eligible to apply.
2. Age Limit & Relaxations
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 28 Years
- General Rule: Unreserved and EWS candidates must have been born between 31.05.1998 and 31.05.2006 (both days inclusive).
Upper Age Relaxations:
- SC / ST: By 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): By 3 years
- PwBD: 10 to 15 years depending on the specific reservation category
- Widows, Divorced Women, and Women Legally Separated (Unremarried): Age concession up to 35 years for General/EWS, 38 years for OBC, and 40 years for SC/ST candidates.
3. Portal Registration
- Candidates must be registered on the NATS portal to be eligible to apply.
💸 Stipend, Leaves, and Work Conditions
An apprenticeship is an excellent bridge between education and a full-time corporate role. Here is what you get during your 12-month onboarding at the bank:
- Monthly Stipend: Rs. 15,000/- per month fixed for the entire training year. No other allowances or housing accommodations are provided.
- Working Hours: The daily working hours will strictly match those applicable to the clerical staff of the Bank.
- Overtime: No apprentice shall be required or allowed to work overtime.
- Holidays & Leaves: You are entitled to regular bank holidays and one Casual Leave (CL) every month. No other type of leave is applicable.
- Certification: After completing a minimum of 320 days of training and clearing the subsequent assessment test, a certificate will be awarded as per prevailing guidelines.
Important Note: Apprentices are trainees for all purposes and are not considered regular workers or employees of the bank. This engagement does not guarantee or entitle you to regular employment or a claim to a permanent position after the 1-year training period ends.
📝 Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection process is straightforward, objective, and transparent. It comprises two primary stages:
Stage 1: The Online Examination
The online test will be conducted by the BFSI SSC. A massive advantage for applicants is that there will be no negative marks for wrong answers in the objective tests! The tentative exam structure is outlined below:

Stage 2: Test of Local Language
To serve customers efficiently, you must be proficient in the regional tongue.
- If you produce a 10th or 12th-standard marksheet proving you studied the specified opted local language of the State, you are exempt from the language test!
- Otherwise, you will have to undergo a Local Language Test (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) conducted as a part of the selection process after qualifying the online exam.

The application fee must be submitted exclusively via online mode and includes an 18% GST charge:
- General / OBC / EWS (Male Candidates): Rs. 800 + GST = Rs. 944/-
- General / OBC / EWS (Female Candidates): Rs. 600 + GST = Rs. 708/-
- SC / ST (Male & Female Candidates): Rs. 200 + GST = Rs. 236/-

💻 Step-by-Step Guide: How to Apply Online
Because the online examination will be administered via a remote proctoring format—meaning the online examination has to be given from the candidate's own residence and own device—no physical admit card is required. Follow these steps carefully to complete your application:
Step 1: NATS Portal Registration
- Go to the official Government of India NATS portal: nats.education.gov.in.
- Navigate to the "Student Register/Login" section and create your profile.
- Fill in your personal and academic details to generate your unique Enrolment ID.
Step 2: BEEP Portal Registration
- Once successfully registered on NATS, Head directly to beep.bfsissc.com.
