Stage 1: NATS Portal Registration & Application

STEP 1: Searching for the NATS Portal

1. Open Google on your phone or computer.
2. Type “NATS Portal INDIA” in the search bar and press Enter.
3. Click on the official link: https://nats.education.gov.in/

STEP 2: Open Student Section

1. After opening the NATS homepage, locate the top navigation menu.
2. Click on the “Student” option.

STEP 3: Select Regular Student

1. Two student categories will appear.
2. Select “Regular Student.” (This option is for Diploma or Graduate pass-out students.)

STEP 4: Open Student Login

1. On the next screen, you will see two options:

3. Student Login
4. Click on “Student Login” if you already have a registered account.
5. Click on “Student Registration” if you are a new user.

STEP 5: Login to Your Account

1. Enter your registered Email ID.
2. Type your Password correctly.
3. Solve the captcha displayed on the screen.
4. Click on the “Login” button.

STEP 6: Open Apprenticeship Dashboard

1. After login, your student dashboard will open.
2. Scroll down to the “Apprenticeships Openings” section.
3. Here you can search and apply for apprenticeship opportunities.

STEP 2: Candidate Login & Register

1. Open the BEEP Portal Login Page.
2. If you already have an account: Enter your Login ID (Registered Email ID), Password and click “LOGIN”.
3. If you are a new user: Click on the “REGISTER” button and complete registration using the same email ID used for NATS registration.

STEP 3: Searching for the BOB Apprenticeship

1. Open the Apprenticeship section on the dashboard and find the “Bank of Baroda Apprenticeship MAY-26 Program.”
2. Click on the highlighted “Apply” button.

Important Note: Apply first on the NATS/NAPS portal to proceed further.

STEP 4: Eligibility Pop-up

1. An “ELIGIBLE to APPLY for this Opportunity” pop-up will appear.
2. Click on the “OK” button to continue.

STEP 5: Enter Your NATS/NAPS ID

1. Enter your registered NAPS ID and/or NATS ID in the highlighted fields to proceed.

STEP 6: Review Uploaded Documents

1. After entering your NATS/NAPS ID, scroll down and verify that all the required documents are uploaded correctly.
2. Once all details and documents are verified, click on the highlighted “Submit” button.

STEP 7: Select Your Preferred Locations

1. Choose your preferred State, District, and Location options as per the apprenticeship notification.
2. After selecting all the preferred locations, click on the “Submit” button.

STEP 8: Complete the Payment Process

1. After NATS/NAPS ID submission, click on the “Pay Now” button to complete the application/exam fee payment process.

Important Note: Payment is the final step of the application process. If the payment is not completed successfully, your application may be disqualified.

STEP 9: Final Step – Pay the Application Fee

1. Proceed to the Payment Gateway and complete the payment using UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet.

1. After completing the payment, your application button/status will change to “Applied”.
